Objective

Today is your scheduled progress check-in. These checkpoints are designed to help you see your growth, stay accountable, and celebrate your journey. Every three days, youโ€™ll take a moment to pause, reflect, and visually track your transformation.



Why Progress Pictures Matter

  • Awareness: Photos help you see physical changes that might feel subtle day-to-day.
  • Accountability: Regular check-ins reinforce consistency.

Instructions:

1. Take Two Photos

  • Front view (relaxed stance).
  • Back view (relaxed stance).
