Objective
Today is your scheduled progress check-in. These checkpoints are designed to help you see your growth, stay accountable, and celebrate your journey. Every three days, youโll take a moment to pause, reflect, and visually track your transformation.
Why Progress Pictures Matter
- Awareness: Photos help you see physical changes that might feel subtle day-to-day.
- Accountability: Regular check-ins reinforce consistency.
- Motivation: Seeing your growth builds confidence and energy to keep pushing.
Instructions:
1. Take Two Photos
- Front view (relaxed stance).
- Back view (relaxed stance).
๐ Wear similar clothing, if not the same outfit each time for consistency.
2. Reflection Questions (submit in the open-response box)

- What has been your biggest challenge in the past 3 days?
- Whatโs one win youโre proud of?
